The CBI Writers Club - Create Build Imagine

Create, Build and Imagine - Our mission is to help kids unleash their imaginations onto the blank page-- and discover the fun that can come from writing! The skills developed through our CBI workshops improve literacy abilities, encourage creative-thinking and build self-esteem. Each students will develop their own unique voice, inspired entirely by his or her heart and imagination. Small class sizes ensure that each child receives plenty of guidance and feedback. This club is conducted on Thursdays and tied in with our TLC Public Speaking Club so students master the technique of writing speeches together with public formal presentations. The weekly best stories are featured on our gallery to build confidence in the child. Cartoon Art & illustrating the stories is a big part of our class to make it lively and fun.
